Stay cozy and comfortable all winter long.

Get Started

We’ll help you stay warm this winter.

Our team at Seal Energy Solutions provides quality heating repair and maintenance services to homeowners across Central Arkansas. Whether you’re a homeowner in Little Rock needing a standard tune-up or a recent home buyer in Conway in need of a last-minute emergency repair, we’ve got you covered.

Proper Maintenance:

Stay a Step Ahead of the Arkansas Winter

Think of routine maintenance like your semi-annual visit to the dentist. Your dentist may uncover an underlying problem that hasn’t shown any symptoms, but had you skipped your appointment, it could have been a major pain in the mouth! Preventative maintenance for your heating system (whether a heat pump, boiler, furnace, or otherwise) is the best way to stay ahead of any system issues. Scheduled regularly, maintenance for your heating systems has a variety of benefits, including:

  • Boost system efficiency

  • Avoid expensive, last-minute repairs

  • Extend the life of your heating system

  • Ensure safe and proper heating system functioning

Signs It’s Time for Heating Maintenance & Repair

Thankfully, there are some clear signs it’s time you called us for a repair for your home’s heating system. Here are the most common symptoms of a heating system in distress:

  • Higher energy bills, yet same amount of heat

  • The heat isn’t as powerful or as hot

  • Weird smells or noises

  • The unit turns on and off unexpectedly

  • The unit is more than 10 years old

  • Your carbon monoxide detector goes off

Have you experienced any of the above? If so, it’s time to get in touch.

Seal’s HVAC Maintence Agreement

Our maintenance agreements are designed to get you the best service possible for your heating (and air conditioning) units. Our agreements include cleaning, maintenance, and regular inspection. We’ll bring your heating unit back to factory specifications by ensuring all parts of the system are cleaned properly, air flow is correctly calibrated to refrigeration, and all safety controls are operating appropriately.

Our service includes cleaning, approximately every 6 months, for your home’s:

  • Indoor blower and indoor evaporator coil (if accessible without removing ductwork) once a year.
  • Outdoor condensing units on heat pump systems (every six months).
  • Refrigerant charge for units will be monitored and adjusted as needed (though the refrigerant cost is not included in this agreement).
